In the study researchers rounded up adults that are obese to find out whether drinking water before eating can help them shed pounds.

Recently a weight loss management team recruited eighty four adults with obesity for a 12 week experiment. Everyone was given general weight loss advice, now given to one of 2 groups. The researchers monitored everyone’s weight at the start, end and middle of the experiment, along with their urine to ensure the water boosted group was in fact drinking much more water. They kept track of physical exercise, also, which did not change.
